Bookkeeping Services
Basic Bookkeeping Package
This basic business bookkeeping package is for the business that wants to know how much cash they have. We refer to this as our “Cash is king” package. This is geared to start-up businesses and businesses that are still new in their timeline. For this package, we will meet with you to discuss what you need and how we can meet those needs. We provide a cloud based receipt processing system to help you manage your receipts. No more shoe box accounting! We reconcile one bank account and one credit card account, provide a QuickBooks online subscription on our wholesale program, and meet once a month to discuss how your business is performing.
The benefit of this package is that you will know how much cash you have and where it went and where it came from. With this information, you can make good decisions about when and how to grow your business.
Advantage Bookkeeping Package
Our Advantage bookkeeping package is for the business that has been around for more than 1-2 years and has shown some growth and needs more information about the business. Typically, businesses that fall into this category have more than one bank account, such as an operating account and a payroll account so there are more reconciliations that need to be done. For this package, we will meet with you to discuss what you need and how we can meet those needs. We will provide a QuickBooks Online subscription, or if you already have one we can place it on our wholesale account that will save you money. We will provide multiple bank and credit card account reconciliations. We will review the General Ledger to make sure that things are coded properly, i.e. expenses being entered to the right categories or loans being booked right. Included in this package we will pay up to 10 ACH/Online bill payments per month through a cloud based payment program. We provide a cloud based receipt processing system to help you manage your receipts. No more shoe box accounting! Once a month we will give you a Profit and Loss statement as well as a Balance Sheet and meet with you to discuss what is going on with your business.

It also has the benefit to you, the business owner, of not having to worry about bills being paid because we handle that for you.
